Rating guidelines
These rules protect attendees and presenters alike. By rating you accept them and the terms of use.
Do
- Rate only talks you actually attended (in person or live-streamed).
- Be honest and as objective as you can. Rate the talk and the presentation, not the person.
- Be specific: what was useful, what was unclear, what would make it better. Constructive criticism helps; a rant doesn't.
- Write in English or Hungarian.
Don't
- Rate yourself, your colleagues, your competitors, or a talk you didn't see.
- Present opinions as facts ("he lied about…"). Write what you experienced.
- Rate the same talk more than once. Rating it again from the same browser updates your rating.
What we remove
- Profanity, insults, threats, harassment, hate speech, discrimination, sexual content.
- Remarks about someone's appearance, religion, ethnicity, health, sexuality, private or family life.
- Claims of illegal activity, dismissal or misconduct, and accusations of fake reviews.
- Personal data: phone numbers, e-mail addresses, home addresses, or anything that identifies another attendee.
- Links, advertising and spam.
Comments with links, contact details or likely offensive words are held for a moderator before they're published. If you see a review that breaks these rules, use the Report link next to it. A review reported by 3 different people is hidden until a moderator checks it. Please don't report a review only because you disagree with it.
